I need PS4 help, I have NO IDEA what’s going on.

My PS4 controller is giving me some difficulty connecting to the PS4 itself. After random amounts of time it just stops letting me use the buttons, and the controller just disconnects and won’t reconnect. I tried switching the connection from Bluetooth to USB, and it still happened again; it would let me keep using the PS4 button but nothing else. Then when I tried disconnecting the USB it immediately shut off and even when plugged back in I couldn’t turn it back on. Whenever this happens I have to force shutdown the system. Controller seems to work fine when I connect it to my computer.

I JUST PLUGGED IT INTO MY COMPUTER AND SUDDENLY IT’S CONTROLLING MY PS4??? WHAT IS GOING ON??? And then it suddenly stopped working and controlling my Steam. I have NO IDEA what’s going on and now I can’t get it back on my PS4. It’s working fine for my computer, but it won’t work on my PS4.
